*Each precious piece is handmade to order. Please allow up to 5 business days lead time for us to make it perfect for you.

*We ship all our items via USPS. Delivery times may vary according to the location of your shipping address if not in a metropolitan area, or if shipping internationally.

*Current estimated wait time for delivery after dispatch within the U.S. is approximately 3-15 business days. Total time from our door to yours, approximately 8-20 business days.

*If your parcel is going outside of the United States, current estimated wait time for delivery after dispatch is 5-25 business days. Total time from our door to yours, approximately 10-30 business days.

*Please Contact Us for current ship times.

*If you need your product delivered faster, please Contact Us and we’ll price priority shipping. Rush orders that force shorter lead times for production are also subject to a 10%-50% surcharge of the final full retail price, depending on the customer’s time frame.

*Internationally shipped parcels will go through that country’s customs which could result in a delay beyond our estimated wait times.

*For international shipments, any customs, duties, taxes and/or import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

*Lisa Kelleher Mythical Accessories and Fashion Jewellery cannot be held liable for damage, loss, or theft incurred during transport. Lisa Kelleher Mythical Accessories and Fashion Jewellery shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from delay in delivery by a contracted delivery specialist.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

*If you change your mind about any of our products**, simply return the unused, undamaged product, with tags still on, in the original packaging, and we will issue you with a shop credit in the full amount of the cost of the product, minus shipping costs. (**For health and safety, products for piercings are completely excluded from any and all return and/or exchange policies.)

*Customised creations are not eligible for refund or exchange. If it is found that we have incorrectly customised your order contrary to your instructions and the confirmation notice, we will gladly replace them straight away.

*We are happy to exchange or refund your purchase (excluding shipping charges) if the item arrives faulty due to a manufacturing defect. Please refer to our Structural Integrity Promise, and Contact Us first to organize returns.

*Any problems with items purchased covered by our Structural Integrity Promise must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt & must be returned within 7 days.

*If you have practiced our Forever Love care advice, and the longevity of your gilded metal accents doesn’t live up to your expectations, we will gladly replace them once, free of charge. Contact Us to organize replacements. After that, if you are still experiencing disappointment, we recommend an upgrade to Sterling Silver, Blackened Sterling Silver or 14KT Gold-Filled.

*Similary, if you have practiced our Forever Love care advice, and experimented with the tips outlined in our Lifetime Enjoyment Promise, and still the longevity of your precious metal accents doesn’t live up to your expectations, Contact Us to organize replacements.

*Please retain the purchase or delivery receipt in case you have a claim. The receipt serves as proof of purchase and authenticity for products purchased and as evidence of entitlement to this promise.

*Please note: Return postage is at the cost of the buyer.
